Confirmation of Compliance with all Conditions of Plat Approval
Dear Ms. Nair,
The conditions of plat approval have been addressed as follows:
Determination of Non-Significance – Mitigated (DNS-M)
See attached response and included DNS and ERC Report
Hearing Examiner’s Decisions
See attached response and included HE decision and Reconsideration decision
Construction per the approved plans is complete with, the exception of the landscaping which we plan to bond and complete with home construction and final grade has been established.
The walking trail is constructed and mitigation for it including fencing is complete.
We were forced to remove one of the save trees that was located on the back of Lot 5. After erecting the safety fence we became concerned that it was leaning quite a bit and resting
on another tree. We met Rocale Timons and Mark Wetherbee on site and they agreed that it was a hazard tree. We plan to replace it with 6 conifers a minimum of 6' in height one each
on six of the lots, either in the rear yards or to be added to the 10' front yard landscaping.
A copy of the asbuilts was delivered to the plat inspector and a hard copy and electronic copy is attached.
