Analysis and Recommendations
1. Remove to 10’ with wildlife snag

Tree number 1 has a history of branch failure that has caused damage to the roof and
vehicles parked underneath. The loss of the neighboring cottonwood in the storm
increases failure risk as these two trees have coexisted for many decades.
Tree number 2 had a major failure in the windstorm with only one lead standing,
opposed to the two. The one standing is on an extremely compromised base.
