trucks, flatbed trucks
3.Description of work. REPLACE TERM AND RISER ON POLE 317816-165761. REPLACE (3) J-BUS, (9)
ELBOWS, (3) DUST CAPS IN VAULT 317817-165764. REPLACE EXISTING 3-PH PRI - REUSE EXISTING
CONDUIT.
4.The equipment and vehicles used for the work (please provide a table of the equipment to be used
with its appropriate decibels).
Vehicles:
LINE TRUCK 85db @ 50'
1 TON TRUCK 85db @ 50'
BUCKET TRUCK 75db @ 50'
5.Proposed Noise Mitigating Measures the applicant will implement to minimize the sound level
violations. Use hand tools when possible. Limit run time of gas-powered equipment.
