ARTICLE OF AMENDMENT
OF
VUECREST ESTATES
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The following actions were adopted by unanimous consent of the Board of Directors of
Vuecrest Estates Homeowners Association, a Washington not for profit corporation (the
“Association”), in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Association:
Name Change
1. RESOLVED: The name of the corporation is Vuecrest Estates Homeowners
Association. The Board of Directors, after due discussion and vote, agreed to change
the name of the corporation to “Wildwood View Homeowners Association.”
Corporate Documentation
2. RESOLVED: These minutes evidencing the adoption of this Article of
Amendment, shall be placed in the Corporation’s minute book.
UNANIMOUS APPROVAL
The undersigned, constituting the Board of Directors of Wildwood View Homeowners
Association hereby approve the foregoing action as of March 20, 2017.
