WITNESSETH THAT SAID GRANTOR(S), FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, RECEIPT
OF WHICH IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED, HEREBY GRANTS AND CONVEYS AK ACCESS
EASEMENT OVER, ACROSS, AND UPON THE PRIVATE DRAINAGE EASEMENTS SHOWN
