the specific rrtai�s�er�ance, repatr, restoration, andjor mitigation work {•`�ork"} required
pt�rsuant to the Renton Et!lunici�al Code.The City shall alsa set a reasc�nable deadlin� for the
Owners to compl�te the Wark,or to provide an engineer's report that verifies carrtp{etion of
the VVark.A�ter the deadline has passed,the t7wners shall aElow th� City aecess te re-inspect
the drainage facilities unless an engineer's report �tas been provided ve�ifying complet'son of
the Work. tf th� Wor6c is not camptefed with[n the time frame set by the City,the City may
initiate an enforcement aetion andjor per#orm the Work and hereby is given access to the
Prc��ercy for such �urposes. �ttritten notice will be sent to the tlwners stating the City's
inter�tson to perform such Work.�his Work wi11 na�commence untit at least seven(7}days after
