Appellant makes this appeal because he is of the opinion that the ERC erred in issuing the DNS. That the determination was based upon an Environmental Checklist that did not adequately describe the potential for impacts upon the residential community.That the Staff Report with its proposed Zone Code amendments which were together with the Environmental Checklist examined by Appellant on his June 4,1999 review of the LAU-099-052,CPA,ECP project folder did not reflect consideration of residential impacts and possible mitigation measures. Appellant places this appeal after his appearances/contacts with the Planning Commission and City Staff have failed to convince him that recommendations/accommodations would be made to correct what he considers to be deficiencies.
