In lieta af inspecfion by the City,the Own�rs may elect to enga�� a lieensed civil�ngineer re�istered in th�st�t�af V4lashin�ton wha has expertise in dr�ina�e to inspect the drainage faeilities and provide a written report describing their canditi�n. If the engin�er c�ption is chosen,the Qwners shall pro�ride written rootice ta the City of Renton within fifteen(15)d�ys af reeeiuing the City's notice of inspection.Within thirty(30)days of�iving this natice,the Owners,or engiraeer on faehalf�f th���nrners,shall provide the engineer's r�part to the City c�f Renton. If the report is not prc�vided in a timely manner as specified �bove,the City of Renton may ir�spect the drainage facilities vvithout further nc�tice. 3.
