RE: Project Narrative; Response to Plan Check requirement for B24000313 for AT&T Generator

Scope of Work: Installation of 50kw Generac diesel generator within existing telecommunication facility
and leased compound to replace existing defunct generator. Additional fenced privacy slats and
removable bollards are to be installed within compound. No tower/rooftop work and all work to be
within existing footprint of base station.
a. Project name, size and location of site;

a. Sport Facility; Scope of work is within fenced telecommunications compound on site.

e. Statement addressing soil type and drainage conditions;
a. N/A – Scope of work does not include any tampering of soil or drainage.
f. Proposed use of the property and scope of the proposed development ( i.e., height, square
footage, lot coverage, parking, access, etc.);
a. No change to proposed use; scope of work is to replace existing defunct generator with
new generator. Ancillary work (fencing and bollards) as per jurisdictional requirements
through plan check comments.
g. Proposed off-site improvements ( i.e., installation of sidewalks, fire hydrants, sewer main, etc.);

h. Total estimated construction cost and estimated fair market value of the proposed project;
