SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of CrowdStrike Falcon Complete
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with CDW-Government. This
packet authorizes payment of Quote # PFFJ905, in the amount of $119,108.33, for
the annual renewal of CrowdStrike Falcon Complete.
CrowdStrike Falcon Complete is our MDR (Managed Detection and Response)
solution that is installed on all servers and endpoints in the city. It is one of our
critical cybersecurity tolls.
This annual renewal was previously tracked under CAG-23-016 but we are now
submittingit to the City Clerkâs Office for assignmentof a TAG number.
