SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of SolarWinds
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with SolarWinds (via US
Bank-OneCard). This packet authorizes payment of Quote # QN1770733, in the
amount of $1,299.33, for the annual maintenance renewal of SolarWinds Serv-U.
The renewal term is 04/23/25 – 04/22/26.
SolarWinds Serv-U product is an SFTP solution that allows files to be shared
securely. It is primarily usedby the Police Department, Finance, and Courts.
This annual renewalwas previously tracked under CAG-23-432 but we are now
submitting it for assignment of a TAG number.
