This is Marc Servizi, PE, the Civil Engineer for the Fire Station project. We are in receipt of your
review comment “Based on these project materials, it seems that there could be impacts to aquatic
features and a Corps permit may be required.” We have the following additional information and
questions:
1. We are not certain which project materials you reviewed. Based on the link within the email,
you may have only received the site plan (Drawings), application (Master Landuse App) and
Environmental Checklist (SEPA Checklist). Below is a list of the relevant documents submitted
to the City as part of the application. Please let us know if you need any specific document.
2. We are not aware of any aquatic features that would be impacted. Since you may not have
9/1/2022 Wetland Assessment Tech Memo, we have attached it for your review. Its
conclusion is “ No wetlands are present onsite… future redevelopment of the subject property
should be unencumbered by any wetlands or associated protective buffers.”
Please let us know if this answers your concern, or, what specific information you may need.
Thanks,
Marc J. Servizi P.E
