the drainage plan and uƟliƟes plan, submiƫng the documents that were included with the civil construc Ɵon permit
applicaƟon would be acceptable. Once you have the applicaƟon materials prepared, please contact me directly for a link
to our FTP site where you will upload the applicaƟon submiƩal for pre-screening.

My name is Patrick Hopper, I am a Land Planner with Contour Engineering, LLC. I am researching, trying to
determine if a Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) or BLA application was ever submitted to the City of Renton, related
to/associated with the TA Benson Petro LLC project. Is there a current application in the permit system/under
review for the Lot Line Adjustment project scope? If so, will you please provide me the application # and any
details on the application status?
On the Planning – Land Use Public Notices page/map, the TA Benson Petro project Site Plan review & SEPA
application # is LUA22-000424. Project Site is King County Parcel #’s 2923059017, 2923059095, 2923059110. I see
that Jill is listed as the planning staƯ contact, so I have included her on this email.
