We will work the rest of the items and will schedule for a pre-construction meeting when we got everything together.
Question, there was a correction regarding the drainage for lot A. This was sent back to us back in April but since our Architect never told us until i found it out very recently.
Story short, i believe this correction is already addressed with our short plat.
Would you kindly confirm it for me, if possible?

The correct file format was finally sent to Chante by Steve. I talked to Chante today and she said that she needs to update the entire trees plan to match with our most approved
Civil Plan which takes about 7-9 hours. Can you please confirm that she needs only move the 2 trees that you mentioned because of the new drive way?
