Hi Matt,
Last week you indicated that you would accept the application for a Site Plan Modification via
email. Attached should comprise everything you need for a Site Plan Modification application for the
Lindbergh High School Culinary Arts Improvements and Addition project. The cover letter provides a
project description and justification. This is an amendment to LUA11-012. Also attached is a revised
SEPA Checklist and SEPA Addendum issued today.
The District would like to pay the fee for the application using the current PO.
Let me know if you need anything more from us for the application. Once it is deemed complete, Calvin
will be your primary contact.
