SUBJECT:Assignment of TAG for TeamSideline
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a subscription packet for TeamSideline. The
purpose of this packet is to establish a TAG number to assist in tracking the annual
renewals of our subscription. The current subscription has been paid for and there is no
cost associated with this initial packet. The current subscription term is 09/01/2024 –
08/31/2025.
TeamSideline is a sports league management software platform. Parks and Recreation
uses this platform to organize, manage, and promote sports leagues.
