Thank you for attending the pre-con meeting yesterday. Below is a summary of the meeting with items that had additional discussion listed, please let me know if you feel anything is
in error or missing:
* Yong read the pre-con notes.
* Pat and Yong emphasized the construction hours and safety concerns during construction.
* Yong emphasized early communication with the franchise utilities.
* Pat and Yong emphasized the tree protection concerns for both onsite saved trees and adjacent trees (if any).
* Discussed erosion control and additional requirement will be added for wet season.
As discussed, since the construction of the project is within the wet weather window (October 1st to April 30 per 2022 RSWDM), annual wet weather fee shall apply per current fee schedule.

Once paid, I will be able to send the issued civil construction permit to your group.
