This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a subscription packet for Venngage, Inc (paid via
US Bank – OneCard). This packet authorizes payment, in the amount of $114.00, for the
annual renewal of our Infographics subscription. The current subscription term is
01/05/2025 – 01/05/2026.
Infographics is used by the Finance department to assist withvisual content.
