Height Modification Request
The location of the project site is zoned as residential, and the location is outside the 100-year
flood zone. The main residence is a single-story home and does not have enough space for our
combined family. The need of a garage and extra living space, combined with the limited space
available on our property to build is why we have designed a two-story building.
There have been some design elements added to address the area of the property. We have
planned the building to have the proper pump and tank located in the garage for a water supply
in case of fire since we are on a community well. We have also planned the house to fit with the
current design of the main house. The building will not impede any neighbors view.
