Thank you for attending the pre-con meeting yesterday. Below is a summary of the meeting with items that had additional discussion listed, please let me know if you feel anything is
in error or missing:
* Yong read the pre-con notes.
* Brad and Yong emphasized the construction hours and safety concerns during construction.
* Yong emphasized early communication with the franchise utilities if applicable.
* Brad and Yong emphasized the tree protection concerns for both onsite saved trees and adjacent trees (if any).
* Discussed erosion control and additional requirement will be added for wet season.
* No offsite sewer adjustment should be conducted until further discussion with the design engineer.
* The associated stormwater pipe materials shall be used to meet the minimum cover per Table 4.2.1.A2 of 2022 RSWDM (screenshot below).
Attached please find the issued civil construction permit.
