THE EMBANKMENT TO BE PLACED AS PART OF THE EASTERN SHOOFLY WILL REMAIN IN
PLACE FOR THE EVENTUAL CONSTRUCTION OF A THIRD RAIL LINE BY BURLINGTON
NORTHERN SANTA FE RAILWAY (BY OTHERS).
A PORTION OF THE FIBER OPTIC LINES TO BE INSTALLED ARE ALLOWED TO BE
ABANDONED IN PLACE. A PORTION OF THE FIBER OPTIC LINES TO BE INSTALLED WILL
REMAIN ACTIVE AND IN PLACE FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED THIRD RAIL PROJECT.

STATIONS AND OFFSETS ARE TO THE CONSTRUCTION ALIGNMENT "BNSF ROW" UNLESS
