PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC STREET
IMPROVEMENTS WITH NECESSARY TEMPORARY APPURTENANCES INCLUDING
THE PLACEMENT OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITIES WITHIN THE ADJOINING
RIGHT OF WAY AND INSTALLATION OF AN EMBANKMENT, TRACK BALLAST
AND TRACKS RELATING TO THE PROJECT. ACTIVITIES SHALL INCLUDE THE
TRANSPORT OF MATERIALS. THE CONTRACTOR MUST SUBMIT A REQUEST TO
BOEING IF SIGNS OR BARRICADES ARE TO BE PLACED WITHIN THE
PROPERTY. THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TEMPORARY HAUL ROAD COMPRISED
OF QUARRY SPALLS AND GRAVEL TO BE USED TO SUPPORT THE
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES DESCRIBED ABOVE IS ALLOWED. TEMPORARY
HAUL ROADS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE AT THE END OF CONSTRUCTION.
THE EMBANKMENT TO BE PLACED AS PART OF THE EASTERN SHOOFLY
WILL REMAIN IN PLACE FOR THE EVENTUAL CONSTRUCTION OF A THIRD
RAIL LINE BY BURLINGTON NORTHERN SANTA FIE RAILWAY (BY OTHERS).

SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER AS EVIDENCED BY THE ISSUANCE
BY OF A CAMERA PERMIT.
