CONSTRUCTION NOTES:
1. ALL BMP NUMBERS CORRESPOND TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT MANUAL FOR WESTERN WASHINGTON AND SHALL
BE INSTALLED, MAINTAINED, AND REMOVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID
MANUAL.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL ADJUST SILT FENCE AND OTHER BMP'S TO FIT SITE
CONDITIONS AND AS APPROVED BY THE ENGINEER.
3. HIGH VISIBILITY FENCE SHALL BE INSTALLED AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
4. SILT FENCE SHALL BE PLACED 2' INSIDE OF THE HIGH VISIBILITY FENCE AND
AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
5. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL STABILIZED CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES AT
ACCESS POINTS TO THE WORK AREAS OR AS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER.
6. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT PAVED ACCESS ROUTES WEEKLY FOR TRACKED
MUD FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE, AND REMOVE ANY MATERIAL TO
PREVENT IT ENTERING THE DOWNSTREAM STORMWATER CONVEYANCE SYSTEM.

BEING DISCHARGED.
9. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE NOTICE TO JOHN HOWAT, OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT 10 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO RELOCATING ANY
STOCKPILED MATERIALS. SEE SHEET G-7 FOR CONTACT INFORMATION.
