1. Slope area around bearings o minimum
of 2" per foot to drain. Bearing areas
to be level.
2. Provide 3,q chamfer on all exposed
edges and corners.
3. The following bars shall be mechanically
bor spliced

4. Contractor shall locate bars around conduit
as shown. The Contractor shall use PJF to
fill the space between the outside of the
conduit and the inside of the PVC sleeve.

6. Cut 541-2 bar into needed lengths on each
side of conduits and provide 2" clearance.
