It should read west boundary and not east. The City is reviewing the project as such and this is only an error on the Notice of Application project description. I apologize for the confusion this has caused. I have attached the short plat plan sheet that shows the storm drainage tract on the western boundary. The applicant will be required to install frontage improvements along the property’s side of SE 2nd Pl and 156th Ave SE. Those improvements consist of a curb, 8-foot wide planter strip with street trees, and 5- foot wide sidewalk. Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss further. My direct phone line at City Hall is below. Again, my apologies for the error in the project description. We are reviewing this proposal with the drainage tract on the western edge of the property. The Notice states there will be a "storm drainage tract on the east boundary of the site". The east boundary of the site is along 156th Ave SE and is the high end of the property. The property has a marked slope to the west. I would like to talk with you about the improvements required, sidewalk and planter strip, sometime next week.
