Annual Licensing Renewal for SIEM Solution
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 3 to CAG-23-352 with Right! Systems, Inc. This Amendment authorizes the payment of Quote# RSIQ077594, in the amount of $6,256.22 ($5,672.00 plus tax), for the addition of Arctic Wolf MDR Data Exploration to the annual renewal of our SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solution. The current renewal term is 09/18/2024 -09/17/2025.
