Dear Mr. Ratliff,
The Development Engineering Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for
review on September 3, 2024 and was placed on hold on September 11, 2024. Following corrections by the
applicant, the application was placed off hold on November 4, 2024 and was placed on hold November 21,
2024. Following further corrections by the applicant, the application was placed off hold on January 15,
2025. During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed
further.
The following comments will need to be addressed and documents re-submitted before we may continue
the review of the above subject application:
