It’s a 2.6 acre site, zoned Commercial Office (CO) and land designated Commercial Mixed Use (CMU). Please see the enclosed Notice of Application for further details. In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by children living in residences at the location indicated above.
