The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an application for a Preliminary Plat Urban Development (PUD) and Threshold Determination for
construction of a new 270 Multi-family dwelling units. It’s a 2.6 acre site, zoned Commercial Office (CO) and land designated Commercial Mixed Use (CMU). Please see the enclosed Notice
of Application for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by children living in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate
