On 01-18-2025 at approximately 0058 hours I responded to Home Depot located at 901 S Grady Way in the
City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington. Officer Danilyuk advised she had been involved in a
collision with her department vehicle (Patrol vehicle#B227 with WA plate#61454D).
Upon my arrival Officer Danilyuk had told me that at approximately 0050 hours she had been canvasing the
area for potential video for a case she was on when she was involved in her collision. She was in the parking
lot of Phillip Arnold Park accessed off of Beacon Way S. She was attempting to drive north through the parking
lot and around some bollards. She scraped one of the bollards on the passenger side of her vehicle while doing
so.
I viewed the damage to the vehicle and observed scrapes and minor dents to the passenger rear door area. I
drove to the parking lot where the collision occurred and observed scrapes to the bollard.
I took photos of the damage and uploaded them to Evidence.com.
