At about 2104 hours on 01/21/2025 1 responded to a hit and run report at,400 S 43RD ST, located at, in the
city of Renton, King County,Washington. Dispatch advised me that the victim was calling to report that her
vehicle had been hit in the parking lot while she was at work, and she required phone contact.
I contacted the victim/registered owner identified as Chrizza M Garcia (DOB 07/19/2003)via WADOL. Garcia
explained that she works at the hospital and that she parked her vehicle in garage lot C at about 1500 hours on
01/21/2025. When she went out to her car later that day at about 2000 hours, she discovered that the front
drivers side bumper had substantial damage to it. Garcia explained that the vehicle was drivable, but the
damage was more than just cosmetic. Garcia said no one left a note with contact information or tried to get
ahold of her to exchange information.
I contact Valley Medical Security who advised they did have cameras in that garage.They advised they would
look through it at call me if they found anything. I followed up with them on 01/24/2025 and confirmed they
were unable to get suspect plate or vehicle description.Also, on 01/24/2025 Garcia got back to me with her
insurance information.
At this time there is no suspect information.This concludes my involvement with this case.
During this incident, I was equipped with a body-worn camera, which records both audio and video. Portions
of this incident were recorded. This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not intended to be an
exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured with the recording system. I
was operating a fully marked Police Tahoe which was equipped with overhead emergency lights and sirens.
