Narrative
On 01/23/2025 at 0915 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of S Puget Dr/Benson Rd S, in the City of
Renton, King County, Washington. I was responding to a report of a collision.
Unit 1 is a white 2019 Toyota Camry(WA/CGL9701) driven by Daniel J. Narvaez (DOB 12/24/1999,WA DL).
Unit 2 is a gray 2022 Hyundai Sonata (WA/NNNNNNN) driven by Levi N.Thomas (11/11/2004,WA DL).
In this case,the assignment of unit 1/unit 2 is arbitrary and I could not establish proximate cause for the
collision.
At approximately 0925 hours, I arrived on scene and interviewed both parties. Both units had minor front end
damage and were drivable. Daniel said he was turning left from northbound Benson onto westbound Puget.
Levi said he was going straight on eastbound Puget. Both drivers said they had the green light for their lanes.
They collided in the intersection, causing minor damage and no injuries.
Both drivers were insured with valid licenses. I was unable to determine proximate cause.
