On 01/24/2025 at 1751 hours 1 was dispatched to a phone report at Ikea, located at 601 SW 41st ST, in the City
of Renton, King County,Washington. I was responding to a call of non-injury, hit and run collision. This report
is a summation of events that occurred and is not an exact sequence of events.
While en route, dispatch advised the following: Phone, about one hour ago, accident hit and run to vehicle,
possible suspect information.
I contacted the reporting party/victim, who 1 verbally identified as Sa'raijah M Tuiloma (DOB 07/05/1998),via
telephone.Tuiloma was contacting police to report a hit and run collision that occurred in the Ikea parking lot,
involving her vehicle, a gray 2022 Kia K5.
In speaking with Unit 2 driver, she stated she had parked her vehicle in isle V of the Ikea parking lot,
approximately 50 yards from the main entrance. Unit 2 driver said that she was in the store from
approximately 1600—1700 hours and when she returned out to her vehicle, she noticed a dent (the
approximate size of a baseball) on the driver side rear quarter panel.
I provided Unit 2 driver with an Axon Community Link to upload relevant pictures to Axon Evidence.
As this report was taken via telephone, I did not observe Unit 2 in person.
This report is for informational purposed only,there is no suspect/Unit 1 information.
This ends my involvement in this case.
