A silver Kia soul (license BNA0912)tried to "squeeze in" behind me, even though I had already pulled most of the way into the aisle. I pulled back into the parking space and got out of my car to give the driver my insurance and check the damage. He parked directly behind me, trapping me in the parking spot, and was immediately confrontational. I told him my version of events, that he should've seen me backing out and known not to proceed behind me. He was uninterested in discussing it, swearing at me and repeating that it was my fault. He told me to "admit it was [my]fault or[he'd] block [me] in and call the police". I told him to go ahead and call, and he did so. I sat in my car until he was done, as I felt very unsafe with him threatening me, calling me names, and trapping my car. I took pictures of both cars and his license, though he didn't seem to have any insurance readily available. I am filing this as a hit and run, however, because he left the scene before police arrived. I stayed for another half an hour, but police did not arrive. I am hoping this report will show documentation that the fault of the accident was his, he is possibly uninsured, and I felt very threatened and harassed by the manner he treated me. I had a friend come and sit with me afterward because I didn't feel safe to immediately drive home.
