On 2/3/2025 1 was working as a uniformed patrol officer and driving a marked patrol vehicle for the
City of Renton. I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run collision that had occurred prior near
Gene Coulon Park located at 1201 Lake Washington Blvd N Renton/King/WA.
Diana Yatskiv DOB 7/27/1993 was calling to report she had been in a minor hit and run collision at the
park yesterday between 1820-1840 hours. Diana explained that she was waiting at the light to turn
east onto the Gene Coulon Access Rd before turning onto Lake Washington Blvd. She said that while
waiting at the light a vehicle did not fully turn and struck her on the driver side front bumper/quarter
panel before leaving the scene.
Diana did not have a vehicle or driver description.
Diana was not injured and the damage to her vehicle was minimal.
