On February 6, 2025 at approximately 1424 hours I was working uniformed patrol in my fully marked
patrol vehicle when I dispatched myself to a collision that occurred in the parking lot of McDonalds
(401 S Grady Way), in the City of Renton, County of King, and State of Washington.
Prior to my arrival, dispatch advised that one of the involved vehicles fled the scene prior to PD
arrival.
Upon my arrival, I contacted one of the involved parties, Marcia Sullivan, who advised me of the
following information. She was driving (unit 2) backing out of a parking spot. The driver of the other
vehicle (unit 1) was also backing up for the other side straight across. She stopped her vehicle but
unit 1 did not stop and backed into her right rear passengers side.
The driver, described as a white male in his 20's, got out and spoke with Marcia. He disputed whose
fault it was and then stated that it was her word versus his. He then left in his vehicle.
No suspect information at this time.
