SUBJECT:Assignment of TAG Number for Slido
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a subscription packet with Slido. The purpose of
this packet is to establish a TAG number to assist in tracking the annual renewals of our
Slido Engage subscription. The current subscription has been paid for and there is no cost
associated with this initial packet. The current subscription term is 11/06/2024 –
11/05/2025.
Slido Engage is a plan used by Executive Servicesthat allows users to run interactive
meetings, webinars, and training sessionswhile includingpolls, quizzes, and Q&A.
