WORK AT EXISTING PARKING LOT AND SEWER DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
SPECIFIC SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES:
AT EXISTING 5,025 S.F. MODULAR STRUCTURE:
— REMOVE ALL INTERIOR EXISTING WALLS, CEILINGS, FIXTURES AND FINISHES TO
STRUCTURE.
— REMOVE EXISTING METAL STAIR AND RAMP AT SOUTH AND EAST ENTRIES.
— REMOVE ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
— CONSTRUCT NEW INTERIOR WALLS, CEILINGS, FIXTURES AND FINISHES.
— ALL NEW INTERIOR WALLS ARE NON —BEARING.
— PROVIDE STRUCTURAL SHEAR WALLS AND FRAMING WHERE NEW OPENINGS
ARE INSTALLED IN EXISTING EXTERIOR WALLS.
— CONSTRUCT NEW CONCRETE STAIR AND RAMP AT NEW AMBULANCE ENTRY.
— PROVIDE COVERS AT EXISTING ROOF PENETRATIONS WHERE EQUIPMENT HAS
BEEN REMOVED.
— CONSTRUCT NEW 600 S.F. CONNECTOR CORRIDOR AT EAST END OF EXISTING
BUILDING, INCLUDING STRUCTURAL FRAMING, STOREFRONT AND FINISHES.
— CONSTRUCT NEW CONCRETE STAIR AND RAMP AT NEW CONNECTOR/MAIN ENTRY

— ABANDONMENT OF EXISTING STORM CATCH BASIN AND INSTALLATION OF NEW
STORM BASIN.
— BY—PASS OF EXISTING Y—INTERSECTION OF 4-88 AND 4-90 BUILDINGS TO
PROVIDE BETTER SEWER DRAINAGE.
— REWORK OF EXISTING PARKING LOT AND TRAFFIC LANES TO ACCOMMODATE
