ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL DEVICES SHOWN ON THE PROJECT DRAWINGS SHALL BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO OR AS THE FIRST STAGE OF SITE PREPARATION. 2. COMMENCE CONSTRUCTION 3. SHOULD DEWATERING OF EXCAVATION BECOME NECESSARY, CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE DEWATERING PLANT, LABOR AND EQUIPMENT. COORDINATE DEWATERING WITH BOEING CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, SITE ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING AND THEIR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER. PROJECT TEAM WILL COORDINATE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PROPER WATER MANAGEMENT. 4. UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, STABILIZE ANY REMAINING DISTURBED AREAS AND REMOVE BMPS (BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES) IF APPROPRIATE. 5. REMOVE TRAFFIC CONTROL AND REMAINING EROSION CONTROL AND POLLUTION PREVENTION MEASURES UPON APPROVAL BY BOEING. EROSION CONTROL NOTES 1. ON -SITE EROSION MEASURES AND STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. ANY PROBLEMS OCCURRING BEFORE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE STORM SEWER BY THE OWNER SHALL BE CORRECTED BY THE CONTRACTOR. 2. ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL DEVICES SHOWN ON THESE DRAWING SHALL BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO OR AS THE FIRST STAGE OF THE SITE PREPARATION. 3. SHOULD THE TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL MEASURES AS SHOWN IN THE DRAWINGS OR SPECIFIED IN THE NOTES NOT PROVE ADEQUATE TO CONTROL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL STRAW WATTLES, SILT FENCE OR ADDITIONAL FACILITIES AS NECESSARY TO PROTECT ADJACENT PROPERTIES, SENSITIVE AREAS, NATURAL WATER COURSES AND/OR STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEMS. 4. ALL NECESSARY FACILITIES SHALL BE MAINTAINED ON -SITE TO PREVENT DEBRIS, DUST, AND MUD FROM ACCUMULATING ON THE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF-WAY AND BOEING PROPERTY. 5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SITES'S CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER GENERAL PERMIT OR FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS LESS THAN AN ACRE THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE SITE'S INDUSTRIAL STORMWATER GENERAL PERMIT. 6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH BOEING SITE ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING ON WHO WILL OBTAIN ANY REQUIRED STORMWATER SAMPLES. 7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE AN EROSION CONTROL CHECKLIST, CAREFULLY REVIEW, AND MAINTAIN ALL STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION MEASURES DAILY. CHECKLISTS SHALL BE MAINTAINED ONSITE AND BE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW AT ANY TIME. STOCKPILED TOPSOIL NOTES 1. STOCKPILES SHALL BE STABILIZED (WITH PLASTIC COVERING OR OTHER APPROVED DEVICE) DAILY BETWEEN NOVEMBER 1 AND MARCH 31. OUT OF THE WET SEASON, STOCKPILES SHALL BE COVERED FOR WEEKEND OR OTHER EXTENDED PERIODS OF NON-USE. 2. IN ANY SEASON, SEDIMENT LEACHING FROM STOCKPILES MUST BE PREVENTED. 3. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE CONCRETE MIX DESIGN FOR HIGH EARLY STRENGTH CONCRETE WHICH MUST HAVE A FLEXURAL STRENGTH OF 650PSI IN 14 DAYS AND MUST BE OPEN TO TRAFFIC IN 3 DAYS WITH MINIMUM COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF 2500 PSI.
