SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of ACP FOG Software
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to CAG-22-030 with Aquatic
Informatics. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # 00021001, in the amount of
$3,954.26 ($3,585.00 plus tax), for the annual renewal of ACP FOG Software. The current
renewal term is05/01/2025 – 04/30/2026.
This software is used by Public Works to track fat, oil, and grease (FOG) for non-compliance
and send a notice of violation or warning letter to the facility, thus reducing FOG in our
sewer system.
