Narrative
Narrative:
The following incident occurred in the City of Renton, in the County of King in the State of
Washington.
The incident was captured on by body worn camera. The report is a summary of events that occ rred
and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 2-9-25 at approximately 2158hrs, I arrived on-scene of a 2- vehicle motor vehicle collision that
had stopped on SW 43rd at Lind Ave SW.
I contacted the driver of what was labeled as vehicle 1, commercial driver, Chahal, Jagalsingh A
(1-26-89) who was ID'd by a CA commercial DL.
I also contacted the driver of vehicle 2, Martenia, Garron Al Fragia(5-19-90) who was identifiec by an
Indiana DL.
Chahal was driving a semi-truck with a tractor plate of. CA XP47550 and trailer plate of CA
4TW3336.
Martenia was driving a EAN rental car, WA License CPW2835.
Vehicle 2 and Vehicle 1 were coming off of 167 northbound and had stopped for the light from the
off-ramp of 167 to turn westbound onto SW 43rd Street.
Vehicle 1 was in the 1 lane and vehicle 2 was in the 2 lane.
As both vehicles began their left turn, trailer 1, made contact with the right front quarter panel o
vehicle 2, causing minimal damage and cracking the mirror housing. There was no damage or sign of
contact on the trailer.
Driver 2 requested a police report as the vehicle he is driving is a rental.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
