Subject: Cascade Plaza Lot Line Adjustment — Request to waive frontage improvements, ie
new curb, gutter, and walks along 11611 Avenue SE.
Clark,
We request the exemption of improvements along 116th Street SE. on the bases of the
exemption as stated in RMC 4-6-060, for street frontage improvements for this project.
i) New construction or addition with valuation less than fifty thousand ($50,000)
ii) Interior remodels of any value not involving a building addition.
The subject site has no plans for building or site improvements, so this project should be
exempt based on the municipal code.
