We request that as per the preliminary meeting of September 7, 2017 that as discussed that
the following items waived due to existing conditions with no new construction to be done. The
following items we believe should be waived.
1. Surface Water:
All parking and storm water drainage is existing with no new improvements to be done. There
are no plans for new construction or replacement of existing parking.
2. Transportation:
No new construction of the existing conditions, remodel or new constructions planned or in the
planning stage. The existing use as an existing commercial site will not change the original trips
or flow of traffic.
3. Water and Sanitary Sewer:
The site is currently serviced by Soos Creek Water and Sewer District, the water and sewer
letters are attached in the application.
