Hi Mick.
The City of Renton received a request for a tree inspection adjacent to 361 and 367 Edmonds Ave SE.
We performed a tree inspection on Liberty Ridge HOA parcel # 3955901420, and 430730TRCT. The trees
are located within a critical area owned by the Liberty Ridge HOA, adjacent to private property. City
critical areas regulations will apply.
Please see attached Tree Request Response Form, map of tree locations, and the Regulations for
Residential Tree Cutting and Removal handout.
It is up to the property owners to communicate with the HOA to authorize removal.
Permits for removal have to be reviewed by the City Planner and may come with specific conditions. The
City Planner will provide the required information to each property owner.
The City Planner you should contact is Angelea Weihs, copied in this email, at 425-430-7312.

Nais Gutierrez, the Community Association Manager for our Liberty Ridge Neighborhood, notified Shelby and
I that we need to contact you to arrange a time for you to access our backyard so that you can inspect the
dead trees, behind our and our neighbor's homes, which need to be removed.
