SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE:
Reason/Justification: An old oil tank was discovered during demolition of the structures.
Oil tank will need to be removed. Work will include excavating around the tank for access and
removal, pump out and disposal of any existing oil and removal of the tank. Price excludes the
removal of any contaminated dirt if found.
