Project Updates: (2025) Alpha 7 upgrades, (2025) LED Conversion for RDR, (2025) Windsock & 243
Tie-Down Rehabilitation, (2024-2025) Security upgrades, (2026) Seaplane Base Dredging, (2026-
2027) Taxiway Alpha Rehabilitation.

b) Sewer line connected to City main line. Administration office water source restored.

6. NEW BUSINESS
Approval of 2025 RAAC meetings (2nd Tuesday): February 11, May 13, September 9, and November 18.
Motion: Matt Devine; Second: Liz Callahan. Unanimously approved.
7. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Sheila Humphries from Renton comments on future of general aviation at the Renton Airport.
8. COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS
Karen Stemwell requests to revisit the sustainability plan – long-term plan; distribute the RAAC
charter and role of committee.
Jeff Dineen asks how we are modernizing the plan to keep it current.
Bob Ingersoll requests refresher on role of RAAC as part of future agenda.
John Smutny comments on behalf of WPA on loss of airport businesses. What is the airport’s plan?
Stephen Ratzlaff asks for the airport’s plans to backfill the revenue with the loss of Rainier Flight
Services.

Reminder: 75% attendance required for all members.
Primary members are encouraged to find their alternates. Interested alternates must submit their
application to Mayor Pavone.
