Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 01-23-2025 at approximately 0904 hours I was dispatched to a traffic collision in the parking lot of
McDonalds at 10715 SE 174th St in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington. I arrived on scene
at approximately 0915 hours.
I contacted the driver of Unit#2 (WA-CKS2318), Shukri A Mohamed in the parking lot. Mohamed told me Unit
#1 was no longer on scene. Mohamed told me she was stopped for a red light at the intersection of Benson Dr
S and Benson Rd S when Unit#2 hit the rear of her vehicle. Both vehicles initially pulled into the parking lot but
Unit#1 ended up leaving. Mohamed told me Unit#1 was a Nissan Altima but she did not see the license plate.
Mohamed used her son to translate the majority of our conversation.
I observed an imprint of WA-CLX2207 on the rear bumper of Mohamed's vehicle. Checks via WACIC/NCIC of
that license plated returned to a Nissan Altima out of Renton. Officer Cumming located the vehicle near the
residence. I responded to his location where I contacted the driver of Unit#1, Tiffany K Anderson.
Anderson admitted to being the driver at the time of the collision. Anderson thought they were going to drive to
Valley Medical Center so she left and drove to Valley Medical. When she realized Unit#2 was not there she
could not find her again. Anderson stated the driver of Unit#2 was alone at the time of the collision and she was
struggling to understand her.
Anderson admitted to hitting the rear of Unit#1 with the front of her vehicle.
