Based on Gary's recommendation and minimize the conflicts with the existing driveway and existing utilities during construction for the new type 2 CB installation. We added another
CB type 1 prior to the new proposal curb line.

Within our group discussion, we figured out some recommendation for you as shown in the attached markup plan, where you can add a catch basin behind the curb and not within the dripline
of the new street trees. We typically don’t allow this type of drainage structures since there will be some challenge for our maintenance group.
If you agree, please update on your formal plan and send us to review.

Thank you Yong for the great input. Your marked up plan is what we thought about it too. Please see inlet calculation to support our proposal. The state WSDOT uses this excel spread
sheet to figure out all inlets space for state highway. we proposed to take out the entire existing storm water main with the existing CB. Replace them with two new CBs. Which will
effetely to collect street storm water runoff. Please see the attached plan for your review and comment. We will submit the formal plan once you are ok with this concept.

city inspectors, maintenance department, etc. The existing sewer line will be inside the plater too. It is not uncommont storm water main located in the planter. Can you show us the

We requested to modify the approval drainage design along the new curb line on Aberdeen Ave. There is an existing gas line near the new curb line, based on the contractor field verification,
the proposed new storm water line will conflict with the existing gas line. We request to keep the existing storm line as it is and modify the new curb line to accommodate the new CB
location to catch the roadway stormwater runoff.

You will still need to connect to the existing type 1 catch basin, as shown below, the existing stormwater line (purple) will be underneath the new planter strip, the major purpose
of this design is to ensure the existing catch basin and associated stormwater pipe will be out of the new landscaping area.

I am just getting the time to review what you are proposing for the change in installation of the new type two manhole. After reviewing it, we do not need to touch the type one catch
basin. We will tie into the existing 12 inch storm line 15 feet downstream of the type one catch basin where the new type two catch basin will be located. Due to all of the utilities
around the type one catch basin, we will not be touching it or working near it. It is not safe or feasible without relocating all of those utilities.

It was nice talking to you on the phone today. And thank you for helping us with this unexpected issue.
Per your requested, I attached a picture with utility markings surrounding the existing CB at the North side that needs to be replaced with CB type 2 as stated on the approved plan.
We won't be able to replace this CB due to the utilities lines very close to the CB.
Could you please allow us we keep the existing CB and install a new CB type 2 as where I noted on the attached plan? We will do this as an as built CB type 2 and we will revise
the plan for your review and for short plat final plan. Or would you allow us keep the existing CB and eliminate the CB replacement to?
Could you please let us know your decision as soon as you can?
