DLState DLExp Address Primary Phone&Type AdditionalContact Number&Type Additional Contact Number&Type Race Sex DOB- Height Weight Even Hair Collision 2025-00001626 Paqe 2 OF 4 Case Number 2025-00001626 Officer Narrative Narrative 25-1626 At about 1221 hours on 02/20/2025, 1 was dispatched to a two-car accident that occurred at Rainier Ave S and SW Victoria St in the City of Renton, King County, Washington. Both parties were on scene, and both called in. Unit 1: a silver 2012 Kia Sportage (CHF7932/WA). The driver/owner was Marcy G. Mead (DOB:11/17/1963—verified by WADS photo). I confirmed Marcy had no injuries. When asked for insurance, she stated she did not have any. The registration was expired from 10/28/2024. 1 confirmed Marcy's current address and told her she would receive infractions for no insurance and expired tabs over 2 months in the mail. I completed Sector infraction #5A0280765 for both infractions. Marcy's granddaughter: Raelyn R. Dowell (DOB:10/15/2015) was seated in the rear driver's seat. She had no injuries. Marcy was told she would be recorded. Marcy said both vehicles were at the Wendys (230 Rainier Ave S) and both turn onto northbound Rainier Ave S from Wendys. Marcy claimed Unit 2 was too close and the driver of Unit 2 showed her their middle finger. Marcy said she was in the lane she needed to be in (unsure, sounds like lane#2), when Raelyn told her they may have been hit by Unit 2. Marcy did not feel a collision. I observed some rubbing on the rear passenger's side tire/fender. Photos were taken and uploaded to the case. There was minor cosmetic damage. Unit 2: a white 2015 Honda Fit (CNZ3312/WA). The driver was Shelby M. Dickson (DOB:01/27/2003— verified by WADS photo). Shelby said she used her middle finger towards Unit 1. Shelby said Unit 1 was in the suicide lane which she described as the left hand turn lane of Rainier Ave S. She then said Unit 1 turned back in front of her when she was in what sounded like lane#2 of northbound Rainier Ave S. Shelby said there was not enough room in front of her, which caused the front driver's side fender of Unit 2 to contact the rear passenger's side fender/tire of Unit 1. The bumper appeared misaligned. The damage was minor and cosmetic. Photos were taken and uploaded to the case. Parties exchanged information and were provided a business card and case number.
