SUBJECT:Assignment of a TAG Number for Camtasia
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a packet for TechSmith (chargedviaUSBank –
OneCard). The purpose of this packet is to establish a TAG number toassist intracking
annual renewals of our Camtasia subscriptions. The current subscription terms have been
paid for so there is no cost associated with this initial packet. The current subscription term
is 09/20/2024 –09/19/2025.
Camtasia is a video editing and screen recording software used by multiple departments
including Police and Communications.
