SUBJECT:Assignment of a TAG Number for WhenToWork
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a subscription packet for WhenToWork, LLC (via
USBank – OneCard). The purpose of this packet is to establish a TAG number to assist in
tracking the annual renewals of our WhenToWorksubscription. The current subscription
has been paid for and there is no cost associated with this initial packet.
WhenToWork is an online employee scheduling softwareused by the Parks & Recreation
Departmenteach summer.
